In 2013 the Tender Trap celebrated its 10th anniversary by sharing a spectacular wine dinner with Brian Lynn from Majella Wines (Coonawarra).
After thoroughly enjoying himself, this year Brian has asked Chris if we can do it all again! This time as the launch of Majella’s new vintages across the whole range of wines. The dinner is on Tuesday the26th of August, 2014.
Brian & Ros Lynn will both be sharing dinner with us on the evening to talk us through each of their new releases.
Chris and Brian have once again put their heads together and hand selected the wines to match a four course menu, highlighting Majella’s Riesling, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet and Chris’ favourite Australian wine the Malleea.
The cost of the night is $90/person, drinks inclusive, with a 7pm arrival time. Any allergies or dietary requirements please inform the restaurant while making the booking.
